A listing runs fifteen days
On day sixteen the card comes down. There is no archive for a recruiter to trawl through next spring, and no profile quietly rotting in a database with your phone number attached.
Verified engineers, three to ten years. If a profile is on the board today, that person told us today they're still looking.
Sample profile
This is what an engineer sees at nine every morning.
How it works
Recruiters in India lose hours calling people who joined somewhere else four months ago. No board tells them who is verified, and none tells them who is still looking today. These four rules are the fix; everything else here is packaging.

One notification, two answers. Still available keeps you on the board and near the top. I'm out takes you off it. Go quiet for two days and your card hides itself, though the fifteen-day clock keeps running.
We match your last two employers and your dates against independent records — provident fund history, tax filings, or salary credits into your account. We check years of service. We never see what you were paid.
A company holds five shortlists at a time. Shortlist someone and the interview happens inside three days, or the slot stays locked and the miss is counted where every candidate can see it.
If you're the one looking
There's no candidate login on this website and there won't be one. You check in from the app each morning, and that's the only thing you have to do. Being between jobs is not the problem — being left on read is, and a company that takes one of its five slots has three days to sit down with you.

Verification
Provident fund is only compulsory at establishments of twenty people or more. Hang the tick on that alone and it stops meaning "this person is telling the truth" and starts meaning "this person worked somewhere big" — which would quietly penalise exactly the startup engineers who are often the strongest in this bracket. So verification is a ladder. If one rung returns nothing, you're offered the next.
Provident fund history, where your employers filed it. Confirms dates and total years.
Employer-deducted TDS naming the company. Covers startups, small firms and contractors.
Regular credits with an employer's name on them. Amounts are never stored or shown.
Two independent documents, read by a person: Form 16, appointment or relieving letters, payslips, a contract. Founders and returnees land here. You can list while it's being reviewed.
If you're hiring
There's no job post to write before you can look — role details are collected the moment you shortlist someone. What you do agree to is three lines, and a recruiter who won't accept three lines was never going to produce a hire.
Every skill in the filter carries a live count of who on the board actually has it, so you never chase an empty search and conclude the market is dry.
Default ordering puts this morning's check-ins at the top, earliest first. Silence for forty-eight hours removes a card from view entirely.
You see engineers in your city unless you ask for more. Relocating candidates are an opt-in and always show their origin city and how soon they can move.
Verified, documents checked, not verified. An uploaded letter is forgeable and an independent service record isn't, so they don't get the same tick.
The pilot
A marketplace works in one city or it doesn't work at all. We're opening with roughly thirty engineers and ten companies, running the clocks by hand, and adding cities only once placements are steady. Companies come off the waitlist in order, but only once there are engineers on the board doing the work they're hiring for — a recruiter's first look should be at a full board, not an empty filter. Two hundred verified profiles beat five thousand unverified ones.
Three to ten years, in or moving to Bengaluru. We'll send the app link when the pilot opens.
You're on the list. We'll be in touch before the pilot opens.
Five slots, seventy-two hours, a public on-time figure. Access opens in order, as the board fills with the roles you're hiring for.
Received. We'll call to verify the company, then tell you where you sit in the queue and what's ahead of you.
Questions
Not if you're an engineer. Candidates use the app and nothing else — the morning check-in, your profile and your shortlists all live there. Android first, with iOS to follow. This site is where you join the waitlist; recruiters get a web dashboard because they work at a desk.
It's the band where verification records are reliable and where a fast, honest process makes the most difference. Outside it you'll be told plainly and offered a waitlist place rather than a silent rejection.
Nothing, once. After forty-eight hours of silence your card hides from the board so recruiters aren't calling someone who has already moved on. Your fifteen-day clock keeps running, because pausing it would turn going quiet into a way to bank days. Check in and you're back.
No. The verification routes confirm dates, employer names and total years of service. Amounts are never stored and never displayed. Expected compensation is yours to enter and isn't a recruiter filter.
You upload two independent documents and a person reads them. If that fails too, you can still list — without a tick, and recruiters will see that. A missing record shouldn't be a locked door.
No. A listing that reaches day fifteen during an active interview doesn't disappear out from under it.
